Madrasah Rules & Regulations
We
are very grateful that Aqa Moula Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin (TUS) has blessed us
with a Deeni Markaz in which a Madrasah has been established for our
children. It is very important we all acknowledge
and value the importance and benefits of our Deeni teaching institution as we
do with our regular schools. We sincerely request both parents and madrasa
children abide by the rules and regulations outlined below.
**It is important to note that Madrasah is a place to learn new lessons, and home is the place to revise and memorize those lessons all year around. **
Registration: · Please ensure that your child(ren) is registered.
Before coming to Madrasah:
All incidents of anti-social behaviour will be written in the child’s malaf and the parents will also informed to ensure the situation is rectified.

Registration: · Please ensure that your child(ren) is registered.
Before coming to Madrasah:
- All children must come to Madrasah in Libas-ul-Anwar. The attire for boys is WHITE saya kurta and izar (susi izar is fine) and topi. Pants are not allowed. The attire for non misaq girls is jubla izar and topi, and for misaq wala girls,rida.
- Children must bring a clean and neatly folded masallah.
- Children must carry at least 2 SHARPENED pencils, an eraser, highlighter, colouring pencils (kg-4) and sharpener to madrasah.
- Children must carry their textbooks, notebooks and workbooks for madrasah.
- Ensure that all children are dressed neatly. Their nails are clean and clipped and their hair is groomed properly. Girls are NOT allowed to wear nail polish on their fingers.
- Children are not permitted to wear any sort of fashionable items such as loom bands or silver bracelets (boys), etc.
- If you need to pick up your child earlier than the scheduled time, you MUST provide a note via email in advance to the Head Moalim.
- If you child will be absent for any reason, you MUST fill in the absentee form and submit it online or via email to the Head Moalim.

In order to
achieve the maximum
results within the limited
teaching time, all students are asked to respect the common rules operating
in classrooms,
respect teacher and
finish home work on time to the highest possible
standard.
- All children MUST arrive promptly. Attendance and punctuality is necessary and is assessed in your child’s PRB book.
- Children are expected to place their shoes properly on the shoe rack when entering the markaz.
- Under NO circumstances will children be allowed to use MOBILE PHONES for any personal or entertainment purposes. All electronic devices will only be STRICTLY used for the purpose of learning. If otherwise the device will be confiscated.
- Any type of anti-social behaviour, violence and especially bullying will NOT be tolerated under ANY circumstance.
- When picking your child up from madrasah, if you arrive early, please do not enter the classroom and wait outside quietly until the class ends.
- If
your child is late and class has already started please knock and wait
till you are told to enter. The Madrasa Administration hopes and expects that the above rules will be adhered to so that order, discipline and professionalism is maintained in the madrasa.Shukran.
- Please pick up your child on time. If parents cannot reach Madrasah on time, please contact the Head Moalim to inform him.
